全面流程管理在老年患者失禁相关性皮炎防治中的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析全面流程管理在老年患者失禁相关性皮炎（IAD)防治中的应用及临床效果。方法：成立全面流程管理小组，通过规范流程、优化流程和再造流程改善临床老年IAD防治护理现状，实施全面流程管理。比较实施全面流程管理前后IAD发生率、严重程度、愈合天数及患者家属满意度。结果：实施全面流程管理前后IAD发生率、严重程度、愈合天数及患者家属满意度比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：全面流程管理使老年患者IAD护理工作标准化、科学化和流程化，有效预防老年患者IAD的发生，提高老年病科失禁相关性皮炎管理水平。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application and clinical effects of comprehensive process management in the prevention and control of Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD). Methods: A process management team was established to improve the current prevention and nursing of clinical IAD through normal, optimized and reengineered procejures so as to implement comprehensive process management. Results: Significant differences were observed in comparison of IAD incidence, severity of IAD, time needed to recover and patients' family satisfaction before and after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing of incontinence-associated dermatitis in elderly patients has been normalized, scientific and processed using comprehensive process management, which can effectively prevent incontinence-associated dermatitis and improve the nursing process.
