心胸外科护理工作负荷的调查分析

A survey of nursing workload in cardiothoracic surgery department

摘要: 目的:应用工作抽样法测量心胸外科护理工作负荷率并进行护理工作占比分析。方法:编制护理工作状态观察表,采用随机起点等时间间隔法,观察员每5分钟对随机抽取的护理人员进行观察,判断观察瞬间护理人员的工作状态。结果:本研究获得1?766个有效数据,心胸外科工作负荷率高达96.3%,直接护理占护理工作的12.0%,间接护理占护理工作的62.5%,相关护理占护理工作的4.5%,其他项目占护理工作的17.2%,个人时间占护理工作的3.7%。结论:心胸外科护理工作负荷率较高,直接护理工作占比较少,护理工作中存在一定的时间浪费,需要进行护理工作的梳理和流程改善,也需要在与不同科室工作负荷率对比后进行人力资源及绩效分配的调整。

Abstract: Objective: To measure nursing workload in cardiothoracic surgery department by the work sampling method, and to analysis the proportion of nursing work. Methods: The nursing work status observation table was complied. The time interval method such as random starting point was used to observe the randomly selected nursing staff every 5 minutes, in order to determine the immediate working status. Results: The study obtained 1 766 valid data. The workload rate of cardiothoracic surgery was as high as 96.3%, direct care accounted for 12.0%, indirect care accounted for 62.5%, related care accounted for 4.5%, other nursing work accounted for 17.2%, and personal time accounted for 3.7% of nursing work. Conclusion: The findings suggest that nursing workload is high in cardiothoracic surgery. The proportion of direct nursing time is low, and a certain amount of time is wasted in nursing work. Nursing work needs to be modified and improved. Human resources and performance allocation needs to be adjusted compared with other departments.
