标准化沟通在护理本科生床旁教学中的应用

Application of standardized SBAR communication mode in bedside teaching for undergraduate nursing students

摘要: 目的:评价标准化“现状-背景-评估-建议”(SBAR)沟通方式在护理专业学生(以下简称护生)床旁教学中的应用与效果。方法:将2015级本科护生分为对照组(48名)和实验组(46名)。对照组采用传统的护理床旁教学模式,实验组在此基础上融入SBAR沟通方式,干预后采用沟通清晰度量表、见习教学效果评价问卷进行评价。结果:两组护生沟通清晰度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护生对教学效果评价中护理评估水平、交流沟通能力、分析解决问题能力、对病情汇报重点的把握等条目的评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用SBAR沟通方式的护理床旁教学有助于提升护生沟通质量及内涵,促进护生沟通能力、分析问题能力的协同提升,但需要进一步加强SBAR沟通方式中护生提出建议能力的培养。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application and effects of the standardized SBAR (Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) communication mode in the bedside teaching for nursing students. Methods: A total of 94 undergraduate nursing students in 2015 grade were assigned into the control group (n=48) and the experimental group (n=46). Regular bedside teaching was applied to the control group, and SBAR communication mode was used on the base of regular teaching mode for the experimental group. Clarity of communication questionnaire and bedside teaching effect questionnaire were used to compare the effects after the intervention. Results: There was statistic difference in clarity of communication between the two groups (P<0.05). For the evaluation of teaching effects, there was statistic difference in nursing assessment ability, community skills, ability to analyze and solve problems, and grasping the key points in case report (P<0.05). Conclusion: The SBAR communication mode in nursing bedside teaching is benefit to improve the quality of communication, the students' communication ability and problem analyzing and solving ability. The nursing students' ability in making suggestions in SBAR communication mode should be further improved.
