医院灾害救援护理管理体系的构建与效果评价

摘要： 目的：在医院中构建灾害救援护理管理体系，组建一支技能全面、专业化、高水平的灾害救援队伍，以应对突发灾害事件。方法：成立灾害护理预备小组，设定培训目标，选取我院200名已具有急诊专科、ICU专科、手术室专科资质的护士进行灾害理论知识及技能的培训与考核，评价培训效果。结果：通过构建灾害护理管理体系以及全面系统的培训，护士灾害理论知识知晓率、技能考核合格率由培训前的30.5%、51.5%提高为培训后的54.5%、66.0%，培训前后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过构建灾害护理管理体系，进行科学、合理的灾害救援培训，能够有效提升灾害护理小组成员的综合应急救援能力，为医院打造一支专业化、高水平的护理应急救援力量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the construction of the disaster relief nursing management system in hospitals, and to build a disaster relief team with comprehensive theoretical skills and multiple abilities to respond to emergencies. Methods: A disaster nursing preparation group was set up, and the training objectives were set. Totally 200 nurses with the qualifications from emergency department, ICU department and operating room department were selected to receive the training, and the training results were assessed with disaster knowledge and skills test. Results: Through the construction of disaster nursing management system and comprehensive and systematic training, the nurses' awareness rate of disaster theoretical knowledge and skills qualification rate were, respectively, 30.5%, 51.5% before training, while the rate was statistically increased to 54.5% and 66.0% respectively after training (P<0.05). Conclusion: By constructing the disaster nursing management system and carrying out scientific and reasonable disaster rescue training, the comprehensive emergency rescue ability of the disaster relief team can be effectively improved, and a professional and high-level nursing emergency rescue force can be built for the hospital.
