摘要: 目的:开发适合我国腹膜透析糖尿病患者血糖管理的结构化治疗与教育课程。方法:在需求分析基础上,依据教学设计系统方法模型、教育学理论、指南和文献,借鉴国内已有结构化治疗与教育课程的设计方法,开发课程初稿,并组织专家会议确定课程终稿。结果:形成由医护共同实施的标准化课程终稿,包括教学目标、内容及评价等。结论:课程具有科学性、准确性、规范性,并且生动形象,通俗易懂,值得进一步临床验证。

Abstract: Objective: To develop a structured treatment and education program for diabetic patients receiving peritoneal dialysis in China. Methods: Based upon the analysis of patients' needs and through learning from other established structured treatment and education programs in China, the first draft of a structured treatment and education program was designed in line with the systematic design model of instruction, education theories, guidelines and literature reviews. Then expert conferences were organized to further revise the draft and decide the final version of the program. Results: The final draft of the program delivered by doctors and nurses together was established, which included learning objectives, contents and curriculum appraising indicators and the like. Conclusion: Being scientific, accurate and standardized, the program was vivid and easy to understand and thus worthy of further clinical studies.
