摘要: 目的:研究职业生涯团体辅导对新护士生涯适应力的干预效果,为医院护理管理者开展新护士生涯适应力的培训模式提供参考依据。方法:采取随机数字表法,将84名新护士分为干预组和对照组,对照组按照医院要求进行常规培训,干预组在常规培训的基础上,接受8周以Savickas理论为依据制定的职业生涯团体辅导干预。结果:干预后,除生涯控制维度以外干预组新护士生涯适应力总均分、生涯关注维度、生涯好奇维度和生涯自信维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05)和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:职业生涯团体辅导能提升新护士生涯适应力。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effectiveness of career group counseling intervention on the career adaptability in new graduated nurses, and to provide references for improving new nurses' career adaptability. Methods: Totally 84 new graduated nurses were divided into the intervention group and the control group by random number method. Nurses in the control group received routine training, and those in the intervention group received a group career counseling intervention based on Savickas theory for 8 weeks besides routine training. Results: The scores of the total career adaptability, the career concern, the career curiosity and the career confidence in the intervention group were improved after the intervention (P<0.05), and were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Career group counseling can improve the career adaptability of new graduated nurses.
