摘要： 目的：调查浙江省三级甲等医院急诊科护士的灾害准备度现状，为提高急诊科护士的灾害准备度提供参考依据。方法：选取浙江省8所三级甲等医院的360名急诊科护士作为研究对象，采用灾害准备度中文版量表进行问卷调查。结果：浙江省8所三级甲等医院急诊科护士的灾害准备度得分为（170.82±36.92）分，处于中等水平。量表的三个维度中，得分高低依次为灾害知识、灾后管理和灾害技能。救灾经历、是否学习过灾害相关课程、年龄和职称是灾害准备度的影响因素。结论：浙江省三级甲等医院急诊科护士灾害准备度有待提高，医院管理人员需要加强对三级甲等医院急诊科护士的灾害培训。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status of disaster preparedness of emergency nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals in Zhejiang province, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 360 emergency nurses in 8 hospitals were enrolled in an internet survey with the Chinese version of Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool. Results: The mean score of disaster preparedness of emergency nurses was 170.82±36.92, which was at a middle level. Among the three subscales, from high to low, the scores were disaster knowledge, disaster management and disaster skills. Experience about disaster, training on rescue and disaster, age and professional title were influencing factors of disaster preparedness. Conclusion: Disaster preparedness of emergency nurses need to be improved, and disaster nursing training need to be strengthened.
