摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文从糖尿病共病相关概念、糖尿病共病现象的影响因素及管理模式三方面介绍糖尿病共病管理的研究进展，旨在为我国糖尿病共病管理的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract: This article introduces the research progress in diabetic multimorbidity management from three aspects: the related concepts, the influencing factors and the management model, in order to provide reference for the development of diabetic multimorbidity management in China.
