摘要： 本文通过对国内外护理咨询师的内涵、职能以及作用进行综述，旨在为我国临床护理咨询师的发展及培养提供依据。

Abstract: This paper aims to provide a basis for the development and training of clinical nursing consultant in China by summarizing the connotation, clinical function and contribution to nursing work of nursing consultant at home and abroad.
