Abstract: Discipline construction is a key factor in the development of hospitals, and the development of scientific research is associated with the development of discipline construction. The nursing research is important for the development of nursing science, and personnel training is the core of the construction of discipline and scientific research. The research nurse position was set up, and a management model of research nurse including the process of "selection, training, using, and evaluation" has been established from 2017. The management model of research nurses was introduced to provide reference for the further development of research nurses.
