Abstract: The reporting of nursing adverse events is an important part of hospital management and a key factor affecting patient safety. Based on the establishment and application of the adverse event reporting system based on the hospital information platform, this paper introduces the basic structure and application of the system, summarizes the theoretical basis of the analysis of the causes of adverse events, and probes into the analysis of the adverse event data, the clinical application and the quality control, in order to make a push on the information management of the nursing adverse events.
