Abstract

Abstract: This article summarized the concept and significance of Shared Medical Appointment (SMA), and the current status of the application of SMA in chronic diseases. It is expected to improve the understanding of shared medical appointments among medical staff in China, explore new chronic disease management model, and provide information to enhance the effects of chronic disease management.
