Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Information-Motivation-Behavior Skill (IMB) –based "Internet +" transitional care in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). Methods: From July, 2020 to October, 2020, a total of 74 patients with AMI after PCI were divided into two groups randomly. The participants in the control group were with traditional transitional care, and those in the experimental group were with IMB-based "Internet +" transitional care. Results: One and three months after discharge, the quality of life, treatment and lifestyle compliance, anxiety and depression of the participants in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: IMB–based "Internet +" transitional care model is benefit to improve quality of life, compliance, anxiety and depression of patient with AMI after PCI, which is worthy of further exploring.
