Application progress of Artificial Intelligence in nursing human resource allocation and its management implications

Abstract: This article reviews the application status of Artificial Intelligence in nursing human resource allocation, focusing on summarizing its application progress in areas such as nursing human resource demand forecasting, allocation decision support, implementation of allocation plans and service process optimization, identification of workload risk and dynamic adjustment of human resource, and workforce stability support. At the same time, it explores the cognitive characteristics and role transformation of nursing managers regarding the clinical application of Artificial Intelligence and analyzes its development directions. The aim is to provide a reference for establishing a human-machine collaborative allocation model centered on professional judgment.
