Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, we summarized and analyzed the specific issues exposed by our public health institutions during fighting against the COVID-19. We provided some suggestions focusing on: reforming the management system of disease control organizations, strengthening the composition and function of the disease control system, improving the capacity of disease control institutions, enhancing the training and motivation on human resource, strengthening legal guarantees and enhancing CPC's leadership on the disease prevention and control system.
