Abstract: The quantity and quality of day surgeries have been improved with the promotion of the national policies and the development of medical technology. Nursing as a vital guarantee for the successful implementation of day surgeries is not supposed to be ignored, so this paper summarizes the nursing management regulations for the day surgery center in West China Hospital Sichuan University. The process mode of admission preparation, schedule surgery in ward, the follow-up after discharge, as well as the framework, configuration and core ability training of human resources, team structure, nursing quality management indicators and quality specification of day surgery nursing is included in this article, which hopes to provide references for the standardization of nursing management of day surgery, so as to promote the standardized and high-quality development of day surgery in China.
