Methods: The literature review and Delphi method were used to develop the program with patients' participation. A total of 110 patients undergoing hip fracture surgery from May 2020 to January 2021 were recruited and randomly divided into the control group and the interventional group with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care. Patients in the interventional group received the program intervention besides routine care. Results: The incidence of Perioperative Pressure Injury in the interventional group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The comfortable level in the surgical area and the actual program participation of the patients in the interventional group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The program with patients' participation can effectively prevent the occurrence of perioperative pressure injuries in patients undergoing hip fracture surgery, improve the comfort of the patients and the actual level of patient participation, and provide a new model for care in operating rooms.
