Abstract: Objective: A network Meta-analysis was conducted to compare the clinical effects of 7 non-pharmacological interventions on the relief of Lower Limb Lymphedema (LLL) in patients with gynecological cancer after surgery. Methods: Computer search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang Database, CBM and VIP database. The retrieval time was limited from the establishment of the database to January 2021. The "network" and "mvMeta" commands in Stata 13.0 software and Revman 5.4 software were used for statistical analysis. Results: Totally 14 randomized controlled trials were included, including 1090 patients, involving 7 non-drug interventions. Comprehensive clinical application effect, the LLL incidence of the exercise intervention + routine care group was the lowest, while the stress intervention + routine care group had the best effect in reducing the circumference of thigh edema. Conclusion: Exercise intervention + pressure intervention + routine nursing is recommended to alleviate LLL in patients with gynecological cancer after surgery.
