Abstract: To summarize the transfer work participated by the nursing team of a hospital in the severe rainstorm on July 20 in Zhengzhou, mainly including the establishment of management team, rapid formulation of plan and unified command of action. Combined with this practice and the current situation of disaster nursing development, it is suggested to establish a hierarchical training mechanism for different practice objectives, select and focus on training a group of disaster nursing specialist nurses and reserve specialist talents; strengthen exchanges outside the province, build or introduce disaster nursing curriculum framework and professional teaching materials, so as to improve the training system; and explore the construction of disaster nursing model suitable for local characteristics and improve disaster nursing competence.
