SEPPV护理模式在乳腺癌术后患者癌因性疲乏中应用的效果研究

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effects of SEPPV Care Model on patients with cancer-related fatigue after breast cancer surgery. Methods: We selected 139 breast cancer patients one month after surgery admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to May 2018 as the research objects. They were then divided into two groups according to the time they were admitted to the hospital. Finally, 69 people were in the control group and the rest in the intervention group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing while the intervention group received the SEPPV Care Model besides conventional nursing. Indicators including cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The degree of cancer-related fatigue in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001); the quality of life of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: The SEPPV Care Model can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue in patients after breast cancer surgery, thereby improving their life quality.
