Methods: Literature review and Delphi method were used to develop the early mobilization program of patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty. Results: After two-round consultations, the active coefficient of experts was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0.95, the mean variation coefficients were 0.079 and 0.096, the coordination coefficients were 0.113 and 0.096 respectively. The early mobilization program with five first-level indicators: introduction, preoperative health education, preoperative methods guidance, postoperative rehabilitation and postoperative mobilization. Preliminary experimental results showed that, among the 16 patients, 15 completed early mobilization according to the program, and the average time of first mobilization was (22.38±4.71) hs.
