Abstract: First-degree relatives of patients with colorectal cancer, as a high-risk group of colorectal cancer, should undergo early and intensive colorectal cancer screening compared to the average-risk population. However, the participation rate of first-degree relatives screening was lower than expected, and their colorectal cancer incidence and mortality are higher than the average-risk population. This paper aims to review the status, influencing factors, and promotion measures of colorectal cancer screening behaviors in first-degree relatives of patients with colorectal cancer. The findings will provide references for promoting early screening and prevention of colorectal cancer among first-degree relatives.
