Abstract

Abstract: Organizational agility refers to the organization's capacity to swiftly perceive and respond to environmental changes. It empowers nurses to promptly adapt to the dynamic healthcare landscape, effectively meet patients' needs, and optimize service processes. This paper reviews the origin and concept of organizational agility, summarizes the measurement tools and the relevant nursing studies, and puts forward reasonable suggestions, in order to provide reference for Chinese nursing professionals engaging in relevant studies.
