Abstract: Objective: To systematically integrate ICU nurses' experiences and needs in implementing early mobilization, providing reference for the development of early mobilization plans for ICU patients. Methods: Qualitative studies on ICU nurses' implementation of early mobilization in domestic and international databases were searched, with a search time frame from the construction of the database to October 2023. The integration was performed using the Meta integration method. Results: A total of 13 articles were included in this study, which were analyzed and categorized into nine groups, ultimately resulting in three integration: problems and challenges faced by nurses implementing early mobilization; positive factors for nurses implementing early mobilization; needs of nurses implementing early mobilization. Conclusion: Nursing administrators should pay attention to the barriers encountered by ICU nurses in implementing early mobilization, while focusing on reducing nurses' physical and mental stress. It is essential to introduce scientific early mobilization processes, conduct relevant training, and establish a multidisciplinary team, as well as provide and develop personalized rehabilitation equipment to lay a solid foundation for the widespread implementation of early mobilization practices.
