Abstract: With the advancement of medically assisted reproductive technology, reproductive-age cancer patients are increasingly likely to preserve their fertility before receiving treatment. This study provids an overview of the decision-making motives regarding fertility preservation among reproductive-age cancer patients, along with the current status of research both domestically and internationally, influencing factors, and interventions, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical staff to promote timely referral for cancer patients with fertility needs and to improve the quality of patients' decision-making.
