Abstract: Functional Constipation (FC) is a common in children, which causes great adverse effects on physical and mental health of children. At present, most of the treatment for FC in China are pharmacological interventions, but long-term use of medications can cause some adverse reactions. This article reviews the non-pharmacological interventions of FC in children in and out of China to provide a reference for clinical practice to improve FC in children.
