Research progress on nurses' cognition, participation and promotion strategies of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery

Abstract: This article focused on the nurse's cognition and participation in Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS). From the concept lag, lack of localized consensus and guidance, lack of the multidisciplinary team members communication and collaboration, lack of laws, regulations and management support, the factors influencing nurse's participation in ERAS were analyzed. Clinical nurse's awareness and participation in ERAS need to be improved, and relevant support is needed to promote nurse's better participation in ERAS.
