Abstract: This article summarizes the non-pharmacological interventions for sarcopenia in the elderly, including exercise interventions, nutritional interventions and sports accompanied by nutrition interventions, in order to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with sarcopenia, and to provide a basis for developing more rationalized, standardized methods of intervention of sarcopenia for the future.
