Abstract: Objective: To design a checklist of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) treatment parameters for ICU patients and apply it in clinical practice. Methods: Through reviewing the guidelines and literature, combined with the department's situation, the CRRT treatment parameters checklist for ICU patients was designed, and then was applied in the process of setting, adjustment and handover of CRRT treatment parameters. And the condition of operation and communication among medical staff were compared before and after the use of the checklist. Results: The checklist of CRRT treatment parameters for ICU patients reduced the operation time of nurses and improved the accuracy of parameter execution, improved the satisfaction of communication among medical staff during the implementation of CRRT treatment parameters, and increased the willingness of medical staff to use the checklist in different time periods. Conclusion: The checklist of CRRT treatment parameters for ICU patients in the process of setting, adjustment and handover of CRRT treatment parameters is helpful to the standardization of CRRT treatment process, so as to improve the working efficiency and quality of nursing work, facilitate the handover process and verification of CRRT treatment parameters , promote the cooperation among medical staff and thus ensure the safety of patients.
