Abstract: Objective: To analyze the schooling model of foreign-concerned nursing education in university of Chinese Medicine and to provide the reference for the construction of this specialty. Method: Questionnaire was developed based on the theoretical study, literature review and focus group panel meeting. Experts from 23 Schools of Nursing in the universities of Chinese Medicine were consulted. Result: The Competency of Standard for Bachelors in Nursing were developed, as well as the advice on curriculum design.Conclusion: In order to ensure the quality of education,the educational mission should be standardized, competency of undergraduate students should be defined, core curriculum should be added, language learning and practice ability should be consolidated and the ability of foreign-concerned nursing practice should be enhanced. This research may provide the comprehensive suggestions for schooling model development of this specialty.
