Abstract: Respiratory tract management sheet for patients with anterior cervical operation was designed and applied in order to reduce respiratory complications and improve the success rate of surgery. Based on literature review and analysis of the previous cases of respiratory complications, the influencing factors that may lead to respiratory problems were summarized, and then respiratory tract management sheet for patients with anterior cervical operation was designed and applied. The respiratory tract sheet could standardize specific surgical nursing, improve nursing satisfaction and reducing the occurrence of postoperative respiratory complications. Therefore, it could ensure the safety of patients and improve nursing care quality.
