Abstract: We established throat tumor swallowing training method, respiratory tract humidifying maintenance method,language communication method, family tracheostomy dressing change and endotracheal tube disinfection care method,prevention methods for pipeline blockage and dropping off after discharge, and follow-up and family care mode. These measures could improve patients' mastery of disease knowledge and training method, self-care ability, attitude and behavior of receiving follow-up during hospitalization and after discharge, and patients' quality of life and satisfaction.
