Abstract: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is widely used abroad in the nursing performance management. It can effectively promote the nursing comprehensive management. In this article, the authors reviewed the related concepts, application status, current problems and countermeasures related to the application of Key Performance Indicators in nursing performance management.
