软式消化内镜再处理及其影响因素的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: During operation, the flexible GI endoscopes will contact the digestive tract mucosa, enter blood vessels and sterile tissue, so it needs strict reprocessing before it can be reused. The characteristics of special material, narrow lumen and complex structure of the flexible GI endoscopes increase the difficulty of the reprocessing significantly. The definition, scheme and influencing factors of reprocessing of flexible GI endoscopes were reviewed from the perspective of nursing management, the factors worthy of attention were analyzed in detail and corresponding strategies were proposed, to provide a reference for reprocessing management.
