基于大数据的“用户画像”在患者体验提升中的应用现状与前景展望

Abstract

Abstract: This review introduced the concept, construction method and interdisciplinary application value of "User Profile". This review also summarized the application of "User Profile" in the improvement of patient experience. Then the concept of "Patient Profile" was put forward and the prospect of "Patient Profile" in promoting patient experience was discussed, the challenges of "Patient Profile" was introduced. It is expected to provide information in interdisciplinary research for relevant scholars and promote the innovative practice of patient experience improvement.
