Abstract: Objective: To explore status of mental resilience and its influencing factors among hysterectomy patients. Methods: A total of 119 hospitalized hysterectomy patients were investigated by the general questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results: The total mental resilience score of hysterectomy patients was 61.13±16.07; Factors including age, marital status, negative coping, objective support and utilization of support entered the mental resilience regression equation of hysterectomy patients,accounting for a total of 56.0% of all the variation. Conclusion: Hysterectomy patients have poor mental resilience; Factors including age, marital status, negative coping, objective support and utilization of support could exert important influence onmental resilience of hysterectomy patients.
