Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of group collaborative training model in field training for nursing assistants. Methods: A group collaborative training model was used in field training for 60 nursing assisstants in our hospital, and data was collected after the end of the training. Results: The nursing assistants scored 88.51±7.19 in actual skill test. Patients and their families, medical staff were all satisfied with their performance, and the degree of satisfaction were all higher than 95%, and the overall degree of satisfaction was 95.8%, 96.7% nursing assistants approved group collaborative training model. Conclusion: The group collaborative training model in field training for nursing assistants could strengthen their implementation capacity, fully arouse their enthusiasm of learning, stimulate the team cooperation consciousness, enrich the content of field training, and activate classroom atmosphere, thus is worth of application.
