Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of the 4R transitional care follow-up model on young and middle-aged gynecologic cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 156 young and middle-aged gynecologic cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were recruited.Participates were randomized to receive usual follow-up or the intervention (the 4R transitional care follow-up). Results: Compared to the usual follow-up group, the intervention group improved significantly on the functional dimension of life quality as well as reducing the level of the caregivers'burden.Conclusion: The 4R transitional care follow-up model could improve quality of life inyoung and middle-aged gynecologic cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy, and reduce the caregivers' burden.
