Abstract: During the 3 weeks study in France, we learned the following: French diversified health care services,the modernized hospital management strategies, particularly the fifth generation of the hospital nursing management system, talent reserve, the effective way to establish nursing management system, human resources management, teaching management through systematic training, building a master modern management knowledge and professional technical knowledge of nursing personnel. All these insights gave us a lot of inspiration when it comes to building our own nursing management team.
