Abstract: Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) is one of the most serious complications in patients with mechanical ventilation, and is also one of the most common nosocomial infections. Clinical nurses' awareness and implementation of VAP prevention measures play an important role in the prevention of VAP. This paper reviews the current situation of nurses' cognition and implementation of VAP prevention measures, and provides reference for clinical VAP management.
