Abstract: Objective: To discuss the application effects of refined management in constructing professional nursing groups.Methods: We combed and made the management system, responsibilities, workflows and contingency plans standardized; we set up the detailed rules of all working links, operating program and method. The information systems were used to monitor each link of the group's work, and professional nursing care covered all the treatment process of out-patients, in-patients, and community patients.Results: We provided professional nursing care for more than 6000 in-patients, counseling for more than 1000 out-patients and their relatives, and health services at community more than 50 times annually. Conclusion: Application of refined management can regulate the construction of professional nursing groups, and then they can play a leading role of their professional advantage.
