Abstract: Nursing education is a cornerstone of ensuring nursing professionals to provide the high quality and safety care to clients. However, how to train qualified and competent nursing professionals through an excellent education model is a hot topic for nursing educators to pursue and explore. In this article, the authors briefly introduced the American "Quality and Safety Education for Nurses" framework, and shared a general experience of applying this framework into Macao nursing education.
