Abstract: This paper introduces the definition of case management, the establishment and application of cancer case management model, analyzes the necessity of the implementation of case management in the field of cancer combined with the application status and development trends of cancer management in China and abroad, and then discuss the challenges and solving strategies in the delivery of cancer case management in China in order to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment and promotion of cancer case management model.
