Abstract: This paper expounded the concepts, related theory, and the current research status of nurse occupational career management, and the status quo and influencing factors among domestic and aboard nurses'occupational career management.This paper pointed out the current deficience and striving direction of nurse occupational career management research in China,and suggested that we should change the teaching methods of nurse occupational career management, increase the relevant theory of training and guidance, and perfect the relevant evaluation questionnaire, etc.
