Abstract: With the development of nursing career in the world, the delivery of high quality nursing care has become an inevitable trend of nursing development in china. Through discussing the nurse satisfaction, logistical support, and the coordination of clinical assistant departments, the participation of the patient, nurses' working autonomy, and the nurses' professional development in USA, we learned some advanced nursing concepts to promote the developmnet of high quality nursing in China.
