Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of work adjustment disorder among reemployment nurses. Methods: Totally 74 reemployment nurses who worked in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Jiangsu province for over half a year were recruited and interviewed by the Work Adjustment Disorder Scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, Nurse Stressors Scale, and Nurse Career Identity Scale. Results: The mean score of work adjustment disorder among reemployment nurses was (22.60±3.74). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurse working stressors and job-hopping frequency were the predictors of work adjustment disorder among reemployment nurses. Conclusion: Nursing managers should analyze the reasons of working stressors among reemployment nurses, take effective measures to reduce their stress, pay attention to cultivate reemployment nurses' satisfaction and loyalty to the hospital and decrease their job-hopping frequency.
