Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical internship management methods for nurses' re-application for registration and to provide reference for the administration of nurses' registration. Methods: We established management regulations and internship programs according to the policy of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau about nurses' re-application for registration training program. We taught the re-application nurses individualizedly based on their different conditions. Results: Totally 18 nurses studied in our hospital for internship from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2013. Except the one who could not insist on full-time internship and terminated, all the remaining 17 nurses passed the examination and obtained the high praise from teachers.Conclusion: It is very important to train the re-application nurses individualizedly in clinical internship management to promote nurses' admittance qualification, to maintain professional quality of nursing staff, and to ensure nursing safety.
