Abstract: The authors analyzed the feasibility, present situation and influence factors of breast-feeding in twins, and they proposed some strategies for promoting breastfeeding in twins from several aspects, such as feeding position, mind and body preparation of mothers, and continuous medical care from hospital to home. The future research should focus on establishing effective organization and intervention strategies to increase the rate of breast-feeding twins and promote the health of mothers and infants.
