Abstract: Nursing ethical dilemmas and decision-making is a hot area of nursing ethics research in recent years in China.Totally 1491 papers on nursing ethical dilemmas and decision-making covered in Web of Science database were analyzed by application of HistCite and CiteSpace analysis tools, and the distribution of publication years, countries, key papers, the way of evolution and research hotspot were revealed in this article, in order to provide reference for nursing ethics decision-making research.
