Abstract: The detailed performance distribution methods of nursing department and secondary distribution of ward nurses were introduced. This scientific and effective nursing performance allocation mechanism could motivate work enthusiasm of clinical frontline nurses, promote nurses professional development continuously, and also facilitate the nursing management innovation to further deepen nurse position management.
